My Std 1 teacher was amazing and I loved school and I wanted to be just like her! Having been in teaching for more than 26 years now, it is still as rewarding as back then when I started. It is ever changing but never a dull moment.
Why do I love JMS?
I love the children that we teach! They are the reason I get up and keep on, keeping on. They are a gift that we share! I love the atmosphere, the “family - means – everything” type of school. Our teachers and parents complete our happy picture of our school.

Why do I love JMS?
It has a rich historical background… being the oldest school in Botswana. I love the different cultures it possesses and above all the precious and most valuable assets it has – the children!

I wanted to become a teacher to be able to make a positive difference on the future of children. It is a very stimulating and rewarding profession.
Why do I love JMS?
I love JMS because we have a great team of teachers. We learn how to respect each other’s cultures, feelings and most of all we learn to be one big happy family.
