Transition education embraces all formal and informal education before the age of six. Most of the children entering into our transition classes are 5 years old turning 6 years. We like to pride ourselves on having the right environment for all pupils to learn by making our classrooms safe , and challenging environments , and engaging the pupils through the curriculum as well as getting to know them , and interacting with them one-on-one. We also like to maintain a close working relationship with our parents. We have an open door policy where parents are welcome to pop in and chat about their child’s performance, issues or concerns.

Our school day starts at 7:20am and ends at 12:15pm. We have a break time from 10:00 to 10:20 and all pupils must bring a healthy snack and juice. The uniform for the Transitions is the John Mackenzie PE kit for summer and then the PE kit with a full JMS tracksuit over it for winter, with short white socks and white track shoes.
